Our manning structure is based not strictly on qualification but also on relevant experience. AvantGuard has standardized and well trained personnel, who are dedicated, safety cautious and alert.

  Our personnel are equipped to effectively carry out their tasks with minimal supervision. With well-trained and experienced personnel, we are able to recruit more personnel from a pool of consultants, experts and worksmen.
